maybe you shouldn't look

this is a recent photo to receive a prize by the world press organization. it feels strangely similar to the Vietcong traitor photograph by Eddie Adams. but not as poignant.


i recommend looking at some of the other winners from World Press Photo

Eddie was a personal friend of mine. He would be glad that students are drawing connections between his photographs and others.
