Alright, I'm calling on the aid of all travelers. I'm soon to leave for my Europe trip with two of the coolest girls ever, and we have no idea what to do!! I'm looking for YOUR helpful suggestions on things to see, places to stay (couchsurfing welcome), people to meet, where to eat, what to pack, and how to do it all cheap! I'm going to Iceland, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Paris. Please give me any and all of your advice.

Advice: wait until the Icelandic volcano stops spewing ash. I know people in Europe right now whose plans are all a mess because flight are cancelled everywhere. Their London leg is cancelled altogether. German airports are a mess, too.
