firefox and gmail

i am starting to feel as strongly about firefox as i do about gmail. firefox is so much better than safari, it spell checks everything, it gives you tabbing options, it remembers all your passwords if you want it too, and it facilitates gchat. why would you use anything else? gmail- so simple, so clean, no advertisements, a search engine within you email!!!, and huge memory space (other hosts offer this now, but gmail was the first). i understand that people are comfortable with what they know and they don't want to switch, but i really feel like they are missing out.

I like firefox, too, but the new opera browser might be a tad better. It also coordinates with your gmail.

have you ever explored the vast expansion that is firefox extensions? you can pretty much make firefox do anything you can possibly imagine, especially if you get Greasemonkey and write scripts.

i have been a convert to firefox and gmail for a few years now. i am sure that many of the conveniences i now enjoy can be directly attributed to these two programs, which i proudly use on a daily basis. amen
